I think this may be our first idiot of the week due to a tweet. Every Monday morning I wake up and read the Monday Morning QB from Peter King on CNNSI (As should you!) and in his column, found our idiot of the week.
Congratulations to Larry Johnson for being our idrinksport.com Idiot of the Week.
So what did Larry Johnson tweet?
“My father played for the coach from ‘rememeber the titans.’ Our coach played golf. My father played for redskins briefley. Our coach. Nuthn.”
Spelling is not the reason we have made Larry Johnson our idiot of the week but how can you hate on your coach like this? Not a smart move by a player whose future in the NFL isn’t a guarantee considering his age and contract status. If I recall correctly, since he held out before last season, his team now has a 3-20 win loss record in the last two years. Let me ask Larry a question, where was your coach last year when yall won what, 2 games? Oh yeah, he was just directing an offense to the Super Bowl….
Thought that was it? Larry Johnson went on to tweet away more insults to fellow tweeters…
“Still richer than u,” Johnson wrote. “Keep goin. Come play our game oopps forgot you can’t . . . . Make me regret it. Lmao. U don’t stop my checks. Lmao. So ‘tweet’ away.”

Note: I am corrected, Larry Johnson’s holdout was in 2007 so the record for his team since the holdout is: 7-32. Way to go!
Dude had such promise after priest Holmes, just another player letting money go to his head. Chiefs should suspend him for being detrimental to his team and hit his pockets with fines. The sad thing is he will continue to play for the chiefs because they have no good back up to replace him.
